Because of the possibility that downlines may upgrade before their uplines, we are not yet automating the upgrade process to prevent downlines bypassing their uplines in the network. We will wait for uplines to upgrade until the end of Phase 1. If the uplines do not upgrade within the Phase 1 period, the paid downlines will go to the sponsorship of the next higher upgraded upline above them.
